摘要
目的了解青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(AIS)患儿的生长发育相关激素的变化,探讨AIS的发病与相关激素的关系。方法选取8名健康女性青少年为正常组,27名特发性脊柱侧凸女性青少年为AIS组。利用IMMULITE分析仪采用固相、竞争法化学发光酶免疫法检测雌二醇(E2)、硫酸去氢表雄酮(DHS)的变化;采用固相、夹心法化学发光酶免疫法检测生长激素(GH)的变化。结果正常组与AIS各组经t检验分析,GH比较有统计学意义,E2与DHS差异无统计学意义。正常组GH均正常;AIS组中4例GH高于正常值。正常组中1例DHS低于50μg/dL;AIS组中,4例低于50μg/dL,正常组与AIS组各有1例DHS低于正常值。用Fisher精确概率法统计,P值分别为0.410和0.681,差异无统计学意义。结论部分女性AIS患儿GH偏高,DHS位于正常下限。推测AIS的发病可能与骨的生长、骨密度和肾上腺功能有关。
Objective To detect the difference of serum hormones related to growth and development between adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) female patients and normal female teenagers. Methods 8 normal teenage girls (normal control) and 27 female AIS patients was enrolled into this study. Their serum level of estradiol (E2), growth hormone (GH) and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHS) were detected by solid phase, compete and sandwich method chemoluminescence enzyme immunodetection (IMMULITE analysator). Results In general, serum hormone level is normal in control group. The level of serum GH is significantly different between AIS and normal control group. The level of E2 and DHS showed no significant difference in each two groups. In AIS, serum GH was higher in 4 cases, DHS was lower (〈 50μg/dL) in 4 AIS. Conclusions Although serum hormones is not significantly different between two group, the primarily test showed that serum GH of AIS was higher than that in normal control and serum DHS is in lower limit. The pathogenesis of AIS maybe related with growth, bone density and interrenal function.
