本科教学评估促进了高校多媒体教学的开展和教学资源的建设,但传统视听教材的合理利用问题被忽视,造成一方面大量的有价值的教学资源被浪费,另一方面可用的教学资源匮乏。本文讨论如何在网络环境下对传统视听教材再开发、再利用,促进高校的教学资源的建设。

The undergraduate teaching assessment has promoted the development of multi-media teaching in colleges and the construction of teacher resources,but the rational use of the traditional audio-visual materials is neglected. A large number of valuable teaching resources have been wasted in one hand, the available teaching resources is lacking in the other hand. This article discusses how to promote the construction of colleges and universities teaching resources by redeveloping and recycling the traditional audio-visual materials in the network environment.
