麦芪参胶囊对小鼠免疫调节作用的实验研究

Experimental study of the immunological function regulated by Maiqishen capsules in mice

目的:观察麦芪参胶囊调节小鼠免疫功能的作用。方法:将184只昆明种小鼠随机分为4组(n=46),分别设低(0.04g·kg-1)、中(0.4g·kg-1)、高(1.2g·kg-1)剂量麦芪参胶囊组和阴性对照组。连续灌胃给药30d,测定给予各剂量组受试物与阴性对照组后小鼠的免疫指标。结果:麦芪参胶囊3个剂量组均可使小鼠足跖增厚(P<0.05);增加小鼠的溶血空斑数(P<0.05);高剂量组的血清半数溶血值明显高于阴性对照组(P<0.01)。结论:麦芪参胶囊具有增加小鼠免疫功能的作用。

Objective： To investigate the immunological function regulated by Maiqishen capsules in mice. Methods： 184 mice divided randomly into the control group, low, middle and high dosage groups were given Maiqishen capsules by intragastric administration for 30 days. Then the immunological parameters of the mice in each dosage group and the control group were measured. Results： Compared with the control group, the three dosage groups of Maiqishen capsules could make the voix pedis thick and increase the haemolysis lacunae of mice. Moreover, in the high dosage group, the serum HC50 was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion： Maiqishen capsules had effect on improving the immunological function of mice.
