畜牧业是一个特殊而复杂的产业系统,除受经济、社会因素的影响外,还受自然因素的影响。因此,在畜牧业的发展过程中,经营者必须综合考虑其经济、社会和生态效益,遵循生态学原理、经济学原理,按照畜牧业自身特点和规律,合理地配置资源,组织生产,大力发展高原生态型畜牧业。只有大力发展高原生态畜牧业,海南州的畜牧业才有可能走出一条可持续发展的路子。

Therefore, in the development of stockbreeding manager should consider economics, society and ecological benefit synthetically. The manager also should abide by the ecology principle and the economics principle, obey the feature and law of s source reasonably and organize production and to rapid development plateau ecological tockbreeding, deploy restockbreeding. To rapid development plateau ecological stockbreeding is the only course of Sustainable Development for stockbreeding .
