Thinking about Sharing the Fruits of Socialist Cultural Development

实现社会的公平与正义需要保障全体社会成员共享社会发展的成果,不仅共享物质文明成果,也要共享精神文明成果和文化发展成果。要确保社会成员,特别是落后地区的农村居民也能共享文化发展成果,需要我们在文化体制改革和送文化下乡、实施"文化低保"工程的基础上,不断解放和发展农村地区的文化生产力,从根本上解决农村文化生产和消费不足的状况。

To realize social equity and justice, we should keep all members of society share the fruits of social development, including the fruits of economic development and cultural development. In order to make all social members, especially the members in underdevelopment areas, share the fruits of cultural development, we should free and develop the cultural productivity in underdevelopment areas in addition to cultural system reform, sending cultural products to rural areas and ＂lowest culture guarantee＂ project to solve completely the shortage of cultural production and consumption in rural areas.
