国外纺纱机械广泛采用了高新技术,在高速化、在线控制技术及机器的适用范围、功能上有了进一步提高;国产纺机的制造技术水平近几年来有了显著的提高,尤其是在发展成套化、连续化与智能化技术及机电一体化程度上有了明显进步。目前国内生产的纺纱机械在技术创新、制造精度与可靠性上与国外先进纺纱机械虽然还有一定差距,但在设备的性价比上占有明显的优势,积极采用国产纺纱先进装备应是我国棉纺业技术发展与技术改造的主体。

Overseas spinning machinery widely adopts high and new technology and is further improved in high speed, online control technology, the applied scope and the function. The manufacturing technology of domestic spinning machinery has been greatly improved in recent years and evident progress has especially been made in developing continuous and intelligent technology of complete set and mechatronics. At present, although domestic manufactured spinning machinery keeps some pace with overseas advanced spinning machinery in technology innovation, manufacturing accuracy and reliability, the cost effectiveness of equipments still holds a clear advantage. To actively adopt advanced domestic spinning machinery should be the main body of China＇ s cotton textile technology development and technology reconstruction.
