摘要
本文选用活性红3BS染料对纯棉织物进行染色加工,收集染色残液并通过反相高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)测定其成分及含量,向残液中补充消耗的染料、助剂和水进行残液回用染色。通过正交试验优化了回用染色工艺,测试了残液回用染色试样的K/S值以及相关染色牢度,并与原样进行了比较。结果表明通过此方法进行残液回用染色的试样与原样的最佳色差达到了5级,相关染色牢度也非常接近。
This article seclected reactive red 3BS dye dyeing cotton fabric ,collected dyeing effluents to determine it's composition and content by Reversed -Phase High -Perfornmnce Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) ,added the consumption of dyes .additives and water for effluent recy- cling. Optimize the dyeing process by orthogonal test,the recycling effluents dyeing samples were inspected to dyeing K/S values and the relevant color fastness,and compared with initial sample. The results showed that the best color difference between the sample dyed by method which reusing the dyeing effluents and the initial sample can reached band 5 ,the relevant color fastness also very close.
