N-(4-氨基苄基)-N,4-二甲基苯磺酰胺的环保型合成方法探索

摘要 本文以对甲苯磺酰氯、甲胺、对硝基溴苄为基本原料,对N-(4-氨基苄基)-N,4-二甲基苯磺酰胺的合成方法进行了探索,得出一条既经济、方便,又环保的合成工艺,具有很强的技术价值。一缩合反应温度在70~80℃,物料配比为1∶1.05,pH=7~8,产品收率可达95%以上,产品纯度可达99%以上。二缩合采用酒精为溶剂,采用液碱为缚酸剂,避免了资料上使用的氢氧化钾为缚酸剂,解决了废水污染问题。还原反应采用以骨架镍为催化剂的加氢还原反应,对环境无污染问题,而且收率高,品质好,操作方便。 Basing on the toluene sulfonyl chloride, the methylamine and 4 -nitro benzyl bromide, N - (4 -Aminobenzyl) -N ,4 -dim- ethylbenzenesulfonamide was synthesized. A economical and convenient synthetic method was chosen. It has advantages in environmental protection and very strong technical value. First condensation reaction temperature was 70 - 80℃, the material allocated proportion was 1: 1.05, PH = 7 ~8, It' s rate reach above 95%, the product purity reach above 99%. Second condensation' s solvent was the alcohol. Using the liquid caustic soda as the base, the reaction has avoided the potassium hydroxide which is used in the material. It has no waste water pollution. The eleetronation reaction used the skeleton Ni as the catalyst hydrogenation eleetronation reaction. It has no pollution to the environment. It' s rate is high. The product' s quality is good. And the operation is also easy.
