摘要
教师授课质量的评价是对教师的一项重要考核,教师授课质量存在一些不能定量计算的因素。采用层次分析评价方法可以取得很好的效果。文章对层次分析评价模型进行了介绍,应用层次分析原理和方法,建立适合于教师授课质量评价的指标体系。
Evaluation of teaching quality is a very important assessment to teachers, but teaching quality has some factors which can't be calculated quantificationally. Using Analytic Hierarchy Process can obtain good results. This paper introduces the Analytic Hierarchy Process, and establishes a good guideline system for the evaluation of teaching quality based on its methods and principles.
