摘要
参考美国齿轮设计标准,对照国内引进和自行设计变速器齿轮硬化层深的参数,结合实践经验探讨了汽车齿轮硬化层深的设计方法,通过台架和道路试验证明这种方法是可行的。
With reference to the U.S. gear design standards, We Compared with the parameters of case hardening depth of the transmission gears both introduced form abroad and self - designed in domestic, combined with the actual experiences, the determination methods of case hardening depth of automotive gears are approached in this paper. It is evident that the design method is applicable, proven by test stand and road test.
