摘要
影响E级钢热处理的主要因素是淬火温度及保温时间,回火温度及保温时间,采用计算机模拟方法可对这些参数进行优化。本文结合蒙托卡罗法和复合形优化法的优化的思想,通过模拟实验完成对材料热处理工艺参数的优化设计。开发了基于Matlab语言的计算机模拟优化程序,并采用该程序开展了多元设计变量和带有函数约束条件的优化设计研究,优化了锻造E级钢热处理参数,得到一定变化范围的温度值和时间值。通过与实验值对比得出,优化结果更加接近于实际生产的要求,可直接作为生产控制参数,取得良好的优化效果。
The primary factors influenced on the heat treatment parameters of grade E steel are the quenching temperature and its holding time as well as temper temperature and its holding time. In this paper, the optimization design of material heat treatment parameters are optimized by computer simulation based on Monte - Carlo method and complex optimum method. The optimum program of computer simulation is compiled based on Matlab language, by which the optimum design of multi - designed variables and constraint conditions included function are studied. The heat treatment parameters of grade E steel are optimized, and the temperature and time among a certain range are obtained. Contrasting to the experiment value, it shows that the optimum results are closed to the request of actual production and regarded as the parameters of produced controlling directly and are favorable effect.
