摘要
一重集团公司为某厂生产的轧机上刀架,材质为GS-20MnMoNi5-5,对强度,尤其对冲击韧性要求很高。由于其结构比较复杂,调质容易变形,通过采取特殊措施进行正火+回火处理,满足了性能要求,同时防止了工件变形。
The CFHI group manufactured a top knife carrier of rolling mill for a plant with material GS - 20MnMoNi5 - 5. The top knife carder was required high intensity, especially high toughness. Because the architecture of the top knife carrier is very complex, it bring distortion very easy as quenching and tempering. Through the special measure by normalizing and tempering, the mechanical properties of the top knife carder can satisfy the requirement and prevent distortion.
