摘要
从８０年代末开始，特别是进入９０年代以来，我国一大批经济学者接受并运用新政治经济学和新制度经济学的理论和方法，研究中国的制度变迁和经济发展问题，取得了重大进展，逐步形成了有中国特色的制度经济学派。本文考察中国制度经济学派产生和发展的历史背景、发展轨迹、学术特征，阐述中国制度经济学派的研究成果及其对中国经济学现代化的贡献，展望中国制度经济学派发展的前景。
Abstract In the late eighties, especially in the nineties, a group of economists in China, accepting and using the theory and the methods of new political economics and new system economics, make a research into China's system change and economic development, achieve great progress and gradually establish system economics with China's features. The paper analyzes the background, development process and academic characteristics of the occurance and development of China's system economics, demenstrates the research achievement of China's system economics and its influence on the modernization of China's economics, and predicts the prospects of China's system economics.
