我国南方沿海地区建筑节能减排初探

Preliminary Discussion on Building Energy Saving & Emissions Reduction of Coastal Area in South China

对建筑节能的必要性作了简要分析,就目前南方沿海地区气候特征提出了可行的建筑节能方式,即就近利用可再生能源及对资源进行综合利用,尽可能地"靠天、靠地、靠自己"。同时,从建筑物全寿命周期的角度分析了建筑物的能耗,提出建筑节能应包括建筑物本体节能、建筑用能系统节能及行为节能,从而提出应对项目咨询、监理及能源管理、节能改造大力扶持,并提高物业管理者的运行管理能力,在全社会提倡推广行为节能。提出了建筑节能评估应更加科学,并能指导建筑节能减排朝向更合理的方向发展。

Necessity and the development direction of building energy efficiency were analyzed, and feasible ways of building energy efficiency on climate characteristic of coastal area in South China was proposed, that is close to using renewable energy and comprehensive utilization of resources by the weather, by the earth and by themselves as soon as possible. Energy consumption about the life cycle of building was analyzed, and the result shows that building energy effwiency includes building ontology energy efficiency, building systems energy efficiency and behavior energy effwieney. Thus, Consultation supervision, energy management and energy efficiency renovation should be support to improve operation management ability of property management employees and advocate promotion the behavior energy efficiency in the whole society. In conclusion, building energy efficieney assessment should be more scientific, and guide the development of energy saving ＆ emissions reduction towards a more reasonable direction.
