摘要
阐述两级蒸发冷却的原理,介绍两级蒸发冷却器的结构并搭建性能测试试验台,给出对应于不同空气入口条件的试验数据,并探讨其应用于舒适性空调的潜力。试验结果表明,降低入口空气和二次空气入口相对湿度,以及增大填料厚度,均有利于获得较低的一次空气出口温度和较高的冷却效率。
Describes the principle of the two-stage evaporative cooling. Introduces the structure of this two-stage evaporative cooler and sets up its performance testing experimental system. Gives the experimental data corresponding to different air inlet conditions. Discusses its potential of applying in comfortable air-conditioning. The results indicate that decreasing relative humidity of primary and secondary air and increasing the packing thickness of DEC help to get lower outlet temperature and higher cooling efficiency.
