初探高职“双师型”教师队伍的建设

高等职业教育的目的是要培养既有理论基础又有实践动手能力的技能型、应用型人才。这就需要建设一批“双师型”的师资队伍。本文从“双师型”教师的特点着手分析了“双师型”教师应具备的条件。并将我院近几年来“双师型”教师建设的方法途径以及取得的成就作以简单介绍。
