摘要
在应试教育体制下,考试成绩的高低很自然地成为衡量学生学习优劣和教师教学水平高低最重要的尺度。这就必然造成教师为提高“教学水平”而考什么就教什么,不考就不教,和学生为提高“学习效率”就考什么学什么,不考就不学的状况。在一切围绕考试转的指导思想下,一部活生生的历史变成了死气沉沉的史料堆积,或者甚至是试题堆积,成了学生个性发展的障碍和弃之不能,学之乏味的沉重负担。可见由应试教育向素质教育转变已经是十分紧迫的任务了。素质教育是以提高全体学生的基本素质为根本目的的教育,历史学科在全面提高学生素质方面具有许多其它学科所无法替代的重要作用。本文就历史教学而言,谈谈笔者是如何实施素质教育的。

Obviously by took an exam the education to transform to the education for all-around development already was the extremely urgent duty. The education for all-around development is take improves the all student's basic quality as the primary purpose education, the historical discipline is enhancing the student quality aspect to have the vital role comprehensively which many other disciplines are unable to substitute. This article speaking of the historical teaehing, how chats the author to implement the education for all-around development.
