The Reciprocity of Justice

正义是人的正义,人是差异性与同一性的统一,因而正义可分为基于人的差异性的正义和基于人的同一性的正义两种,得所当得是差异性正义的基本原则,一视同仁是同一性正义的基本原则。无论是差异性正义还是同一性正义,它们都遵循着对等性原则,对等性原则是随着人类文化的发展而不断被阐释、接受和发展起来的。

Justice is belong to human bing. It includes the justice that based on the identity of man and the justice that based on the difference of man. Justice follows the principle of reciprocity. With the development of human culture the principle of reciprocity was opened out and accepted by people.
