Abstract： This article analyzes the mental need and time characteristics of higher education faculty by questionnaires. It indicates that the university management should pay attention to the mental need of the time characteristics of higher education faculty. It should improve administrator ability and level, optimize environment and policy, lay emphasis on teachers＇ health, and relieve their press. Then it can improve the university management validly.
