摘要
以甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠等单体为主要原料,合成了含磺酸基、羧基、聚氧乙烯长侧链的聚羧酸高效减水剂。系统研究了反应单体摩尔比、引发剂用量、pH调节剂种类等因素对聚羧酸减水剂分散性能的影响,并对自制的XK聚羧酸减水剂结构进行了红外光谱表征及主要应用性能考察。
High performance polycarboxylic water reducer which has sulfonic acid group, carboxy group and polyoxyethylene side chain, was synthesized from methoxy poly( ethylene glycol) methacrylate, acryl- ic acid, and sodium methallyl sulfonate, etc. The molar ratio of monomer, amount of initiator and the type of pH regulator were systematically studied for their influence on the dispersive property of polycarboxylie water reducer. In addition, XK polycarboxylic water reducer was characterized by IR and its main application properties were investigated.
