摘要
以4-氯二苯甲酮为起始原料在NaOH溶液中用锌粉还原合成4-氯二苯甲醇的路线为基础,通过试验对该路线中的反应条件进行了改进,改进后产率为85.1%,产品纯度提高到98%以上;在后处理过程中选择甲醇作为重结晶溶剂,可以大幅度地降低该过程的工业化成本。
Using Zn as the catalyst in the NaOH solution and 4 - chlorobenzophenone as the starting material via carbonyl reduction synthesized 4 - chlorobenzhyarol. After the process of systematic optimization. 4 - chlorobenzhyarol in the enhanced purity of 98 % is obtained. The yield of the product is 85.1%. By recrystallizing in the solvent CH3OH, the process cost is expected to remarkably decrease, providing the basic data for the production industrialization.
