我国民办高校法学教育存在的问题及对策研究

近几年,法学专业毕业生的就业情况不容乐观,这一形势对于法学教育,尤其是民办高校法学教育的冲击是巨大的。民办高校法学教育正面临办学定位和培养目标不明确、盲目照搬公办院校,课程设置不合理、教学模式僵化,师资力量偏弱,教学质量不高等困境。民办高校法律院系应相应地采取细化培养目标,调整课程设置,优化教学内容,丰富教学模式,强化师资队伍,提高教学质量等措施。

In recent years, law graduates can not be optimistic about the employment situation,which is especially having a huge impact on private universities law education. Facing some difficulties, such as a blury legal education position and training, blingly copy-run institution, curriculum unreasonable, inflexible mode of teaching, weak teachers, poor teaching quality, private universities law faculities should be taken to hierarchical position, to determine training objectives, to adjust the curriculum, and optimize the teaching content, to enrich teaching mode, to strenghen the ranks of teachers, to improve the teaching quality and other measures.
