摘要
教师运用惩戒权具有重要意义,但由于现实生活中人们把惩戒和体罚混为一谈,加之立法规定的不足,致使教师惩戒权处于混沌状态,影响了教育功能的正常发挥。事实上,惩戒和体罚有着本质区别。我们必须科学界定教师惩戒权,并对其进行正确运用。
It is of great significance that teachers use the power of disciplinary punishment, but in the real life, because the people jumble together the disciplinary punishment and the corporal punishment, coupled with the lack of legislation, the power of teacher's disciplinary punishment is at the chaotic state, affecting the educational function of normal play. In fact, the disciplinary punishment and the corporal punishment are essentially different. The power of teacher's disciplinary punishment has to be defined and carries on utilization correctly.
