网络化产品协同制造单元开发研究

Development of the Net-Cooperative Manufacturing Unit

从网络化制造设备共享管理信息化的角度出发,针对ARCNET现场总线限制性令牌传输协议,提出了产品协同制造单元的监控系统结构,设计了其生产信息获取与协同服务信息接口,研究了主机冗余技术实现的具体方式,并基于上述原理与方法,开发了面向网络化协同制造模式的协同印刷生产单元实例。通过实际应用表明了此产品协同制造单元构建模型和实现策略的有效性,方便企业获取、管理与利用制造链中异地分布的优势制造资源,并促进企业定制产品网络化协同制造过程得到快速实施和有效保障。

Viewing on the net-manufacturing equipment managing, a cooperative manufacturing unit was developed. According to the token transmittal protocol of ARCNET field bus, its networks based remote supervisory system was worked out. Some application tactics to ask for production information and render cooperative services were worked out. And then host controller redundancy technology was brought out. Practical application showed that the cooperative manufacturing unit could make a response to the need of enterprises on cooperative manufacturing.
