摘要
针对缠绕加工的实际状况,在深入分析系统需求的基础上,设计了数控缠绕机床嵌入式纤维张力控制系统。系统在数控系统实时内核中嵌入了纤维张力控制器,借助于多轴联动数控技术,采用消元法将未知被控量转化为已知量,从而简化了缠绕过程中的纤维张力控制算法,提高了纤维缠绕中张力的控制精度。
An embedded filament tension control system of winding machine based on online tension control is designed in terms of system requirements. Tension controller is embedded in the real-time kernel of CNC system. By virtue of multi-axis movement control technology, the method of elimination is applied to transform the unknown quantity into a known quantity, thus the precision of tension control in filament winding is improved.
