直接面向加工轨迹的开放式数控系统及其控制技术 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前NC编程采用G、M代码存在的种种问题,提出一种在UG环境下设计零件的轮廓,结合UG的二次开发工具之一UG GRIP模块来提取零件的加工轨迹坐标的新思路,实现了零件加工信息的共享。详细介绍了基于该设计思想的DSP控制系统硬件设计和软件设计,最后给出了上位机PC与下位机DSP之间的通信电路。通过在数控铣床上进行实验,成功的实现了基于DSP控制的X-Y工作台的两轴联动,对今后开放式数控系统的成功研发和打破数控机床依靠国外数控系统的现状,都具有积极的意义。 In allusion to all sorts of questions of the present NC programming using G, M code, it is proposed a new idea that make use of UG to complete the profile design of the parts and use one of the UG redevelopment tools UG GRIP modules to extract the machining path coordinates of parts, which is in favor of realization parts machining information' sharing. In addition, it detailed introduces the DSP control system design and software design based on this design concept, and gives the communications circuits between PC and DSP. Through doing the experiment on the CNC milling machine, it initial realizes X-Y working table two-axis moving at the same time base on DSP. The successful development of open CNC system will have a positive significance for the CNC system research and breaking the actuality that NC machine tool depending on foreign numerical control system.
