摘要
根据反应器塔盘方法兰部位现场加工的要求,提出了一种适合于现场加工使用要求的铣床设计方案。在对现场加工要求进行了详细分析的基础上,确定了主要性能指标和机床驱动方式。采用"扁平化"和模块化设计原则进行机床的总体布局设计,并阐述了机床的基础件、主轴系统、传动系统和定位系统等主要部件的设计原则和过程。
In accordance with the requirements for field-machining of tray surface of reactor, a design scheme of machine, which is appropriated the requirements, was proposed. Based on the detailed analysis of these requirements, the main characteristics and driving way of this machine were determined. By the modularizing and flat design principle, whole position design of this machine was made. Also, we expatiated the design principles and process of some components such as cadres of the machine, principal axis system, drive system and orientation system.
