氨基氟硅油改性聚氨酯合成及表面性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以全氟辛基磺酰氟与端氨基硅油反应合成氨基氟硅油,将活性氨基封端的氨基氟硅油与聚醚二醇组成混合软段与异氰酸酯反应,合成了异氰酸根封端的聚氨酯预聚体,采用3,3′-二氯-4,4′-二氨基-二苯基甲烷(MOCA)固化剂固化,得到了氨基氟硅油改性聚氨酯.用光电子能谱(XPS)、表面接触角、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对材料的表面疏水、疏油性,耐水性及耐化学腐蚀性进行测试.结果表明:ω(PFATPS)=10%时,两相相容性很好,改性聚氨酯具有低表面能,表面水接触角提高了38°,表面油接触角提高了29°,耐水性及耐化学腐蚀性也明显提高. A kind of fluorinated amino siloxane fonic acid fluoride and amino terminated amino thane prepolymer was synthesized by reaction as prepared by perfluorinated octyl sulloxane. Isocyanate terminated polyure active amino-terminated fluorinated awith isoeyanate. The fluorinated amino W si of mino siloxane and polyether diol as soft segment mino siloxane and polyether diol as soft segment with isocyanate. The fluorinated amino siloxane modified polyurethane was prepared by the reacting the prepolymer with curing agent 3,3′- dichloror 4,4′- diamino diphenylmethane (MOCA). The surface hydropho-bicity, oleophobic property, water resistance and chemical resistance of materials were examined by Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), surface contact angle, scanning electron microscope (SEM), respectively. The results show that the modified polyurethane with 10% (mass fraction) PFATPS had a good compatibility, low surface energy, surface water contact angle and surface oil contact angle was improved by 38° and 29° respectively, and the water resistance and chemical resistance was also improved.
