基于效用函数综合评价法的土地利用总体规划实施评价研究——以京山县为例

Evaluation of implementation of general land-use planning based on the method of Effective-Functions Comprehensive Evaluation——a case of Jingshan county

土地利用总体规划实施评价对于落实动态规划、强化实施具有重要意义.采用效用函数综合评价法对土地利用总体规划的实施情况进行评价,并以京山县为实例进行研究;分析了效用函数综合评价法的原理,描述了基于该方法的规划实施评价的应用过程.研究表明,基于效用函数综合评价法的规划实施评价行之有效,操作简单.

Evaluation on the implementation of general land-use planning is of importance in applying dynamic planning and highlighting the implementation. This paper is aimed to assess the implementation of general land use planning, by using the method of Effective-Functions Comprehensive Evaluation. In the case of Jingshan county, the principles and the application of the method of Effective-Functions Comprehensive Evaluation was analyzed and described. The study shows it is feasible and effective to evaluate the implementation of general land use planning, by means of the above method.
