基于CVM的旅游资源非使用价值评估——以历史文化名城阆中为例

Evaluation of the non-use values of the tourism resources based on CVM——a case study of the ancient city of Langzhong

在实地调查的基础上,采用条件价值法(CVM)对古城阆中旅游资源的非使用价值进行评估,结果表明当地居民的支付意愿(WTP)较低,运用相关与logistic回归分析,得出WTP受到居住地、教育程度等诸多因素影响,建议地方政府和古城旅游公司依据不同主体地位采取相应的引导措施及方案,使居民有效参与古城旅游开发,促进旅游可持续发展.

Based on field surveys, the article adopts Contingent Valuation Method （CVM） to assess non-use value of tourism resources in the ancient city of Langzhong. The results show that local residents＇ Willingness To Pay （WTP） is relatively lower. Meanwhile correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis used reveals that WTP is influenced by the places of residence, education level, and many other factors. It is suggested that local governments and tourism companies should take appropriate measures and plans to guide the residents according to their different recommendations position, to enable them to participate effectively in development of the tourism in the ancient city and ultimately promote sustainable development of the tourism.
