严重创伤患者SIRS评分与MODS相关性分析

Correlation analysis of SIRS score and MODS in patients with severe injury

目的探讨严重创伤患者SIRS评分和MODS发生率的相关性。方法103例严重创伤患者于入院时对其进行SIRS评分,于入院后24h对其进行MODS评分及判断MODS发生率,并对它们之间进行相关性分析。结果SIRS评分与MODS评分及MODS发生率具有明显的相关性。结论全身失控性炎症免疫反应是导致MODS的重要原因之一,SIRS评分有助于预测MODS的发生率。

Objective To explore the correlation of system inflammatory response syndrome （SIRS） and multiple organ dysfunc tion syndrome （MODS） in the patients with severe injury. Methods SIRS score of 103 patients with severe injury were measured at admission,SIRS scores and the incidence rate of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome were measured after admission for 24h, the correlation between them was analysed. Results There was obvious correlation among SIRS score, MODS score and the incidence rate of MODS. Conclusion The losing control of system inflammatory response is one of important cause of MODS,and the SIRS score helpes to forecast the incidence rate of MODS.
