转运地震伤员的急救物资配备

Preparation of emergency materials for earthquake casualties′ transportation

目的探讨转运地震伤员过程中在急救医疗物资准备方面应注意的问题。方法回顾性分析2008年5月12日14∶28起截至6月2日14∶28分期间本院急诊科收治的2 338例地震伤员的病种构成、不同转运方式及不同伤情的急救物资准备。结果在此期间,本院共转运伤员2 956例次,其中省内救护车转运172例,院内科间转运1 982例,跨省空中转运802例,不同转运方式以及不同伤情所需配备的急救药品及物资不同。结论转运前应做好充分准备,并根据不同的转运方式和不同伤情调整急救医疗物资配备的类别和数量。

Objective To explore the preparation of emergency materials for the earthquake casualties＇ transportation. Methods To tetrospectively analyze the entity of 2338 casualties from Wenchuan earthquake who visited our emergency department. The preparation of emergency materials for the different sorts of transportation was also analyzed. Results Between 2 ： 28 PM,May 12 and 2：28 PM,June 2,2008 we finished 2956 times of various sorts of transportation. The number of transportation by ambulance, intra hospital transportation, and aeromedical transportation was 172,1982 and 802, respectively. The entity and demand on medical resource were different for different sorts of transportation and different severity of injury. Conclusion It is necessary to make a good preparation of emergency materials for the casualties＇ transportation. The entity and demand on medical materials are depend on the sorts of transportation and the severity of injury.
