目的探讨综合性医院在灾害救援医疗中如何迅速、高效地实施现场救援。方法通过总结本院参加5.12汶川地震现场救援的工作经验,分析医院提高灾害救援能力的措施。结果通过应急预案的制定和各项措施的实施,本院顺利完成了汶川抗震救灾工作,提高了本院应急救灾的综合能力。结论完善的医疗应急预案、医疗队的及时组建和积极的现场救援是救援工作顺利开展的基本保证。

Objectives To approach how does general hospital enforce quickly and effectively the locus in quo rescue during the disaster assistance. Methods Through summarizing the experiences of our hospital in the locus in quo rescue during this Wenchuan earthquake, the measures were analysed how does hospital elevate the power to disaster assistance. Results With emergency proto cals taken and several measures enforced,our hospital completed successfully this earthquake assistance massion and elevated mixed abilities to emergency rescue. Couelusion Consummate medical emergency protocal,organized medical corps and active locus in quo rescue should be basic guarantees to successful rescue.
