肝脏杀菌素表达在烧伤性贫血发生中的作用及机制

摘要 目的进一步探讨烧伤性贫血发生的机制。方法使用90℃水蒸汽制备烧伤小鼠模型(烧伤组),测定其红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、血清铁、铁总结合力(TIBC)及肝脏杀菌素(hepcidin)mRNA表达,以正常小鼠为对照组。结果与对照组比较,烧伤组血清铁水平显著下降、TIBC升高(P<0.05),hepcidin mRNA表达升高(P<0.05)。结论认为hepcidin表达增加在烧伤性贫血发病中可能起重要作用,机制为调节血清铁水平及TIBC。 Objective To investigate the relationship between hepcidin-regulated iron metabolism and anemia of burns. Methods Burns models of mice were made with 90 ℃ vapor. Both red cell number and hemoglobin content were determined. Serum iron and total iron binding capacity (TIBC) were measured. Hepcidin mRNA was determined with RTPCR. Results Compared with the control group. The serum iron concentration in the burn models of mice decreasea and TIBC increased ( P 〈 0.01 ), while hepcidin mRNA increased as well. Conclusion The increase of hepcidin expression may play an imporeant role in the development of anemia of bums, the mechanism is regulate the level of serumiron and TIBC.
