摘要 本文以铅电解阳极泥综合处理后的锑渣为原料,研究了湿法回收其中锑的工艺。研究结果表明,在浸出温度为80℃,液固比4.2,时间60 min的条件下,锑浸出率可达98.19%。通过该法,锑的回收率可达92%以上,可使锑含量由58.48%提高到77.79%。 Antimony rich lead slime is produced in the electrolytic lead process, which mostly exists in the form of needle antimony oxygen. However, the needle antimony oxygen content is too low in the anode putty to be favor to the following processing. This article is studied hydrometallurgical process for recovery of antimony from lead anode mud disposed comprehensivly. The factors of the leaching rate of antimony are analyzed through the orthogonal experiment. Under the optimum conditions such as leaching temperature being 80℃, ratio of liquid to solid being 4.2 and lasting time being 60 minutes, the leaching rate of antimony is 98.19%. Through using the process, the direct recovery rate of antimony is above 92% and the antimony concent is rised from 58.48% to 77.79% .
