摘要
开发了一种新型催化精馏元件.以空气和水为介质,在内径20mm冷模装置上优化了新型催化精馏元件的结构参数,并对其流体力学性能进行了实验研究,得到了填料层压降△P/Z、泛点填料因子F和压降填料因子P的关联式.结果表明:新型催化精馏元件具有液泛气速高、持液量稳定、催化剂装填量大、装填方便和单位床层高度压降低等优点.
A novel structured catalyst parking was developed, and the structural parameters of the parking was optimized by hydrodynamic experiments conducted in a 020 mm column with air-H20 system. The correlating expressions of pressure drop △P/Z, flooding point factor φF, pressure drop factor φp were obtained. The results show that the novel structured catalyst parking has a number of advantages, including lower pressure drop, higher flooding gas velocity, stable Liquid holdup, large catalyst loading fraction, easily parking and removing of catalysts.
