摘要
随着世界经济一体化,国际贸易全球化,各国在WTO的框架下制订了各种各样的贸易保护措施.近几年来美国"337条款"则越来越成为其主要保护国内市场的手段.本文首先简单的介绍了"337条款"的涵义,并阐述其对国内的相关产业的影响,并且通过古诺模型对于厂商应诉前后的产量利润的分析,引入应诉费用的产量平均成本变量,计算出厂商的应诉条件.
Many countries have established kinds of measures to protect trade under WTO. And ＂337 Clause＂ plays an important role of American policies of trade protection during recent years. To begin with, this paper briefly illustrates the definition of＂337 Clause＂ and the influence of relevant industry of our country. What＇s more, this paper calculates the condition of answering sue in terms of introducing the variable of answering sue fee.
