摘要
本文探索了紫外-可见分光光度法对制备喹吖啶酮类颜料系列2,5-二芳胺基-对苯二甲酸中间体的纯度定量测定方法。通过建立校准曲线,并测定未知样品的吸光度,进而求得其与标准溶液的相对纯度。该方法简便、快速、经济、实用、精度比较高,可代替液相色谱仪法,用于生产过程中中间体产品质量的监控。
A UV-visible spectroscopy analytical method has been explored for purity analysis of 2,5-diarylaminoterephthalic acids intermediates for preparation of quinacridone pigments. This method has been proved to be simple,quick,economic,and reliable enough to replace HPLC method for quality control in a manufacturing environment.
