摘要
为提高循环流化床旋风分离器的分离效率,文章采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件,模拟部分结构参数和操作参数的变化对循环流化床旋风分离器分离效率的影响,并与试验结果相比较,结果表明,模拟结果为旋风分离器的结构参数和操作参数的优化提供了理论依据。
Aiming to improve recirculating fluidized bed' s separative efficiency of cyclone, the paper presents the CFD simulation results which investigate the effects of structural and operational parameters, and compares namerical results with experimental data. The result indicates that the simulation provides theoretical basis for optimizing cyclone separating device's structural and operational parameters.
