长株潭“3+5”城市群绿色竞争力分析

给出了城市绿色竞争力定义,选取了23个能够体现这一定义的评价指标,运用主成分分析法对长株潭"3+5"城市群各指标值进行数据处理,根据主成分对各指标的载荷,归纳得到分别代表经济、资源环境、科技、文卫、对外开放等5个主成分,并建立了城市绿色竞争力评价指标体系;将计算结果分类,并对各城市进行分析,为"3+5"城市群的绿色发展提供可靠依据。

This paper set out from the definition of Urban Green competitiveness, select 23 valuation indices which be able to embody this definition, using Principal Component Analysis method for data processing about Changzhutan＂3＋5＂ urban agglomerations, then According to the loads of principal components to various indices, summarized five principal components which represent economy, resources and environment, science and technology, culture and health, and Open outward, establish an evaluation index system of Urban Green competitiveness. Finally it classified the calculation results, and carries on a analysis of each city, providing a reliable basis for the green development of ＂3＋5＂urban agglomerations.
