产业转移与生态环境的协调发展——以永康—武义为例

The coordinated development between industrial migration and ecology envirenment——Take Yongkang and Wuyi as an example

产业转移可分为国内区域间的产业转移和国际间的产业转移,"永康—武义"属于前者中的县域间产业转移;在产业转移这种新的经济发展模式地带动下,两地经济均得到了迅速地发展,但同时又产生了新的问题,其中以环境污染的不断严重和污染范围的迅速扩大最为突出;根据两地间产业转移的发展现状;探讨了产业转移发生的原因,发现区位条件、产业结构和资源优势等是其发展的主要原因;分析了产业转移与生态环境之间的相互影响,生态环境的优劣可以促进也可以阻碍经济的发展;若只是通过产业转移的经济发展模式一味的追求经济利益,最终导致的只有生态环境的不断恶化和社会经济发展水平的停止不前甚至倒退,只有两者相互协调才能实现社会经济的可持续发展。

The industrial migration can be divided into two forms that between regions in China and between China and other nations. Yongkang and Wuyi belong to the former which is happen between counties in china. With the rapid development of these two counties＇ economies, their environmental pollution scope also rapidly expands. This paper studies the reasons which cause industrial migration between two places, and analyzes the mutual influence between the ecological environment and the industrial migration. It shows that regional conditions, industrial structure and advantages in resources are the main reasons for the development of industrial migration and the merits and demerits of the ecological environment will affect economic development. Only coordination between the industrial migration and ecological environment can promote the sustainable socio-economic development.
