Construction of Knowledge Resources Sharing System in Jilin Province

吉林省知识资源整合体系是针对公共知识资源的知识管理模式,本文旨在构想一个吉林省知识资源统一整合平台,提升我省知识资源使用效率,开辟更多的知识创新途径,提高创新的应用效率。本文在分析了吉林省的知识资源需求的基础上,提出了我省知识资源整合的途径与运行机制。

Based on the analysis of knowledge resources and its characteristics, knowleclge resources sharing and its essence, obstacles to knowledge resources sharing, and the basis of knowledge resources sharing, this paper found out the social driving force of knowledge resources sharing, and considered that knowledge difference and potential knowledge difference were the source driving forces of knowledge resources sharing. To construct the driving mechanism of knowledge sharing according to its different characteristics was the key of knowledge sharing.
