高校图书馆管理评价理论及指标研究

图书馆管理评价对提高高校图书馆的运行效率至关重要。由于图书馆管理评价涉及的指标较多,有必要研究定量化的综合评价方法。层次分析法是近年来发展起来的一种有效的评价方法,它能将一些量化困难的定性问题在严格数学运算基础上定量化;将一些定量、定性混杂的问题综合为统一整体进行综合分析。本文对层次分析法在高校图书馆管理评价方面的指标体系等方面进行了探讨。

It＇s vital important to assess the library management for increasing their operational efficiency. Because there are many indexes of the library management assessment, it is necessary to study quantitatively the comprehensive evaluation method. Recently, the analytical hierarchy process （AHP） was an efficiency evaluation method which was developed that some qualitative problems could be quantization study on the basis of rigorous mathematics operation, and some qualitative and quantitative confounded problems could be analyze comprehensively as an unified whole. This paper has carried on the discussion from the target system of the library management assessment at university according to AHP.
