Current Developing Situation and Measures of Patent Work in Local Universities

通过对江苏地方高校专利工作发展现状的分析,指出了地方高校专利工作的制约因素,并对如何改进地方高校的专利工作提出了自己的看法。

By analyzing the current developing situation of patent work in local universities in Jiangsu, this paper pointed out the restrict elements. Meanwhile, how to improve the local universities＇ patent work was also proposed.
