摘要
2004年,美国学者克里斯.安德森提出了长尾理论。他认为,随着因特网的崛起,传统的"二八定律"已经不适用于电子商务模式下的图书、歌曲等行业的市场营销现状,"尾部商品"总销售额可能超过"头部商品"。这个理论对图书馆业务观念的变革极具启发意义,文献资源建设理论和服务模式转型都应该积极吸收长尾理论的营养。
