2001-2007年国家自然科学基金面上项目分布及产出统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Distribution and Output of NSFC General Projects from 2001 to 2007

本文通过对国家自然科学基金面上项目2001-2007年数据统计,分析了面上项目学科分布、地区分布、隶属关系分布、负责人年龄分布、负责人专业技术职务和学位分布及项目产出情况。发现了国家自然科学基金面上项目目前立项以生命科学最多,北京、上海占立项的35.47%,教育部、中国科学院占立项的61.9%,项目承担者以中青年为主,形成了一支以青年博士为主的高学历基础学科队伍,获得了一批原创性科技成果;提出了存在的不足及改进建议。

This paper, based on the statistical data of the NSFC （National Natural Science Foundation of China） general projects from 2001 to 2007, explored the distribution characteristics of general projects viewed from different disciplines, regions, affiliated science divisions, project leaders＇ ages, project leaders＇ academic rifles and degrees, and project output. It followed from the above analysis that the most approved projects go currently for biological sciences, 35.47 percent of project approvals for Beijing and Shanghai areas, 61.9 percent of project approvals for Ministry of Education and Chinese Academy of Sciences, and most of the project undertakers were young and middle - aged, among whom are a team of young basic discipline researchers with PhD degrees and innovative scientific achievements. Moreover, the paper discussed the related demerits as well as the proposals for improvement.
