中国金融体制缺陷与FDI需求偏好

The Defects in China′s Financial Structure and Its Preference for FDI

大多数发展中国家都对外商直接投资(FDI)有着强烈的需求偏好,中国同样如此。中国之所以如此偏好FDI,并非完全源自飞速发展的经济、巨大的国内市场、良好的基础设施等因素,也就是说,中国存在"吸引"外资的另一面因素,即中国经济本身存在的某些本质弱点,如金融体制缺陷等。中国资本市场、银行体制、利率体制和结售汇制度中存在的某些缺陷,是其偏好FDI的重要原因。

Most of the developing countries today have a strong preference for FDI. China is no exception. This trend does not entirely result from its booming economy, enormous domestic market or complete infrastructure. There is another reason that China＇s economy was born with some inherent defects, such as the defect in financial structure. The defects in Chinas capital market, banking structure, interest rate structure, exchange settlement and surrender system constitute one of the important reasons why China prefers FDI so much.
