摘要
香豆素(coumarins)是一类苯丙素化合物,具有抗病毒、抗菌、抗凝血等多种生物活性。利用95%乙醇浸提及柱层析和薄层层析的方法,从三倍体桑树品种嘉陵20号的1年生枝条中分离得到2种香豆素类化合物,经波谱鉴定和化学成分分析,确定这2种化合物分别为东莨菪素[scopoletin,Mr(C10H8O4)=192]及东莨菪苷[scopolin,Mr(C16H18O9)=354]。
Coumarins are a category compounds of the phenylpropanoid, which have many important biological activities, such as antivirus, antibacterium, and anticoagulant etc. In this paper, two coumarins compounds were extracted with alcohol, and isolated by methods of column chromatography and thin chromatography from one-year-old branches of artifical triploid mulberry variety Jialing 20. Based on physicochemical characteristics and spectrum evidence, the structure of them were determined and identified. One is scopoletin, which relative molecular weight is 192 and molecular formula is C10H8O4. The other is scopolin, which relative molecular weight is 354 and molecular formula is C16H18O9.
