摘要 电动桑树伐条机采用直流电机驱动,滚珠丝杠机构传动,集成电路控制,并对刀刃楔角、刀刃形状进行了省力化设计,样机手持部分质量<1 kg。经中试表明,该机安全省力、轻便高效,桑园伐条最高工效>2 000枝/h,最大剪切直径32 mm,是适用于规模化蚕桑生产的新型桑树伐条作业工具。 The electric mulberry shoot cutter was driven by DC electromotor, transported through ballscrew transmission structure, and controlled by integrated circuit. The wedge angle and shape of knife blade was optimized according to laborsaving principle. Experimental results showed that the maximum work efficiency of this cutter was more than 2 000 branches per hour, the biggest semidiameter of mulberry shoot cut was 32 mm, and the weight of hand-holding part was less than 1 kg. These results indicated that this new mu)berry shoot cutter is safe, efficient and portable. It will be a new and perfect tool to cut mulberry shoot in large-scale.
