进行新闻控制的中介是新闻媒体结构,而新闻媒体所有制由单一结构向着混合结构的发展,表明新闻媒体结构所发生的这一变化,将保障新闻控制合法性与有效性的一致实现。
The intermediary of news controlling is the structure of news media. Its structure of the system of ownership of news media develops from singleness to mixing. The changing of the structure of news media may realize both of legality and effectuation for the news controlling.
